This Ministry is available ONLY to our members that are tenants. Members receive this service automatically upon becoming a member, there is no need to apply for it, just contact us with your member number if and when you need assistance.

S.A.F.E. offers a Tenants Assistance Ministry to our members that rent from a landlord or property management company.
For our members that are tenants, we offer a mediation and advocacy service where we will stand with you if any issues arise between you our member and your landlord or property manager. We work with you to resolve issues regarding rent increases, failure to maintain the property or building, building and safety issues, health issues (example: mold), unlawful eviction/unlawful detainer and much more!
We will do our best to help resolve any issue that arises between our member and their landlord or property manager, and we will do what is in the best interest of our member, no matter the situation.
In cases where our member is required to move, we will do everything in our power to help our member locate another place to live, or place them in Transitional Housing (if available). We do our best to help our members that are tenants!
