We understand the stress of day to day life, mortgage or rent payments, high utility costs, vehicle payment, repair and maintenance costs, the list goes on and on. We work to help alleviate the burdens of financial stress, and the burden of life it’s self.
Financial stress, can lead to marital problems, job loss, and even several health problems, including suicide. S.A.F.E. is here to do our best to protect our Military family members from the burdens and stress of life, especially financial stress. S.A.F.E. Housing Inc. does our best to have your six!
We work to get you into an Affordable Homeownership Program as quickly as possible, allowing for our Military families to either quit renting or if already purchasing get out from under the lender they currently have, and into a home with no mortgage.
Every Military family that becomes a member of S.A.F.E. Housing Inc. not only has a lower monthly membership donation, but also they have priority placement in all of our Ministry Services, and in an Affordable Homeownership Program, every Military family will be given preference and priority for their commitment to our Country. We will work to place each Military family into a mortgage free home as quickly as possible.
Whether you rent or are already purchasing all our Military and their families are entitled to additional privileges through their Membership with S.A.F.E. as a token of appreciation for the daily sacrifices they make. Just some of these privileges are:
