Cancellation of Membership:

Any member can cancel their membership with S.A.F.E. Housing Inc. Ministry at anytime, however members should understand that any and all membership fees, and any progress made during the time of membership will be forfeited. No membership fees shall be returned, nor prorated. Any progress towards an affordable homeownership program, a home, or towards financial freedom will be relinquished and lost. If a member cancels then rejoins, the member shall start from the beginning and lose any spot, progress, or monetary gains from their first membership.

If you are considering cancelling your membership please contact us before you do, depending upon your current situation and the reason behind your decision to cancel we maybe able to do a Membership Modification, or a Membership Deferment arrangement.

Depending upon the reason for cancellation you may be required to provide proof of your situation. before a Membership Modification or Membership Deferment can be issued.

S.A.F.E.’s main priority to our members is to provide a foundation of protection, safety, and security. We work to prevent homelessness before it happens by working to eliminate evictions and foreclosures, which is the 2nd leading cause of homelessness.

We also work to help our member’s to eliminate debt and usury from their lives, as this is the 1st leading cause of homelessness. As people are unable to afford to live their lives due to high interest rates, skyrocketing rent and mortgage rates, inflation, high cost of living, and utility costs on the rise, all resulting from usury; which causes life debt, which makes it virtually impossible to survive.

S.A.F.E. works to help our members navigate this crazy world called life, by supporting them and offering protections, and assistance ministries, and our primary goal is to get each member into an affordable homeownership program. We have partnered with S.H.I.E.L.D. Affordable Homeownership Solutions to bring ALL of our members an unprecedented opportunity to eliminate their life debt, achieve their life goals, and place them into affordable homeownership without a mortgage, or loan.

At S.A.F.E. we know and believe that prevention is the key and prevention is our ultimate goal for each of our members by eradicating homelessness, by preventing it in the first place.

We work to support our members by being a physical extension of our Heavenly Father’s hand, as we do this we reach out to our members and work to pull them out of the trenches of life and into a life full of God’s blessings, helping get them out of usury, debt, and into financial freedom and an affordable homeownership program through S.H.I.E.L.D.

When becoming a member of S.A.F.E. Housing Inc. you become a part of a large family, as each member joins; our family gets larger, and stronger, our members help provide support to other members by helping when and where they can, be it verbal support, financial support, being there for a member going through a hard time, offering a service that you can do to help another member (such as repairing a vehicle, or repairing an appliance). We stand with our members, and our members stand with us, and all our members, through triumphs and hard times.

• All of our members are placed in an affordable homeownership program, as soon as there is an opening.

• All monthly membership donations paid to S.A.F.E. Housing Inc. go towards the purchase of the member’s new home. (Some restrictions apply)

• We stand with you as a member and we work to mediate and advocate for each of our members, we do our best to make sure your current home whether tenant or homeowner is in good repair, appliances in good working order, etc. and that you have less to worry about in life. No matter if you are a tenant or a homeowner we work to make your life easier everyday!

• The fact of knowing as a member you are part of a large and ever growing family; that each member helps support you and all members, and that we all work together as one united family to help each other, so you are getting an ever growing support team.

Additionally, S.A.F.E. is always looking for ways to provide other life necessities and further ways to minister to our members and our communities through different assistant services. All of which as they become available each member will have access to!

Everyone who becomes a member of S.A.F.E. Housing Inc. becomes a member partner with S.A.F.E.

Being a partner with S.A.F.E. means you work hand in hand with us, to help us achieve our goals through the Ministry, it also means that you agree to work with us, and help us, help you our member.

In becoming a member, you agree to partner with us as a volunteer, to help us raise money, spread the word about the Ministry, help recruit new members, and much more. We offer each of our members a conduit to achieve their life goals, and achieve the AMERICAN DREAM of truly affordable Homeownership; all we ask in return is that you team up with us, partner with us to help you achieve this. Remember we are, and offer a platform and a foundation for each of our members to achieve their life goals.

The more our members do to help us raise money, spread the word, help recruit, and more, the faster each member becomes debt free, and becomes a truly affordable homeowner.

In essence becoming a member you become a volunteer partner.

Members who are currently renting, we work to get you out of renting and into affordable homeownership. Our primary goal for our members who are currently renting is to get them into affordable homeownership as quickly as possible, however while in that process of becoming a homeowner we provide them with protection to the best of our ability, when needed we help mediate between our member and their landlord or property manager, we work to avoid eviction if possible, we help solve issues such as repairs that are not being done, substandard living conditions, retaliatory landlords/property managers, etc., and much more!

For those of our members who are already purchasing a home through a lender, we work to get you out from under your current lender and into truly affordable homeownership. Our primary goal for our members who are currently purchasing through a lender is to get them relief from their high payments, interest and into a home that is truly affordable. With no mortgage, low monthly payments donations, and no middleman as quickly as possible.

However, while you are in the process of becoming a affordable homeowner, we work to provide protection from your current lender, including when needed mediating between our member and their lender in any disputes, seeking possible loan modifications, working to prevent foreclosure, and any other situations that may arise during that time.
