About S.A.F.E.

S.A.F.E. Hosing Inc. is a not for profit, non denominational Christian Ministry; we offer multiple assistance program ministries to our community and to our members, and for our members we work to mediate issues that may arise with our member’s landlord, property manager or lender; furthermore our main goal is to get each of our members into an affordable homeownership program.

As a ministry our primary goal is to provide protection for our members, we also work to help our members get on and stand on a solid foundation, providing each of our member’s protection, safety, and security in their home and in life, helping them rebuild their life out of usury, providing them with a helping hand out of the trenches known as life, and into a life full of God's blessings. We work hard to help God’s children get back on their feet, and stay there. Our goal is to help each member achieve their life’s goals, and until they do keep the children of God protected from whatever life throws at them. By helping eliminate usury, and protecting them to the best of our ability while helping them achieve their life goals, we give them a solid foundation, and a strong outreached hand to pull themselves onto that foundation. With the help of ALL our members, we stand together united as one family for each other in our times of need and our times of triumph!

Are you Military? As a way to thank you for your service, we offer all our Military families priority assistance, and priority placement into an Affordable Homeownership Program.

We provide assistance programs to our members such as:

Homeownership – We work with each of our members to get them into an affordable homeownership program.

Protection – We do our best to provide protection to all of our members, from helping them understand their rights as a tenant, to helping them resolve issues with their landlord, or property manager, working with them to get a repair done, or trying to keep them from being evicted. We also do our best if needed to help relocate our members. Furthermore we work to protect homeowners as well, we help mediate with your lender if there is an issue, and we stand by your side.

Tenant Assistance Ministry – Helping our members mediate issues or disputes with their landlord or property manager.

Homeowners Assistance Ministry – We help our members that are buying a home to mediate disputes with their lender.

Rental Assistance Ministry – As funds allow we help provide rental assistance, by paying the tenants rent payment.

Mortgage Assistance Ministry – As funds allow we help provide mortgage assistance, by paying the homeowners mortgage payment.

Utility Assistance Ministry – As finds allow we help provide relief for tenants and homeowners by helping pay their utilities.

Grocery Assistance Ministry – As funds allow we provide an assortment of food to both our community and our members.

Clothing Assistance Ministry – As funds allow we provide new clothing free of charge to our community and our members.

Children's Assistance Ministry - As funds allow we provide items such a s diapers, formula and more to single parents, and families to our community and our members.

Pet Assistance Ministry – As funds allow we help provide for the needs of pets, from food, to bedding.

Fuel/Gas Assistance Ministry – As funds allow we help provide vehicle gas assistance to help our community and our members make ends meet.

Propane Assistance Ministry – As funds allow we provide propane to our community and to our members.

Bible Ministry - As funds allow we provide new King James Version Companion Bibles by E.W. Bullinger to our members and our communities free of charge.

There are many more programs that we are working to bring our members and our community.

Most of our assistance programs are available to the entire community; however we offer certain programs exclusively for our members.
